Mô tả công việc:Job Descriptions:

• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all materials handling equipment.
• Ensure that the work schedules are correctly implemented and that jobs are assigned effectively and completed properly.
• Ensure the optimal utilization of space through warehouse consolidation.
• Ensure stock rotate and stock accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area.
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse.
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
• Conduct operations in accordance with OSHA an MSDS standards.
• Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Reach customer KPIs
• Contact and maintain good relationship with customers, vendors, suppliers, transporters.
• Maintain team work, productive working environment
• Have ability to coach and promote team toward excellent operation
• Seek and assist in process improvement and operation cost saving
Yêu cầu công việc:Location 1: Kho Transimex, Đường số 23, KCN Sóng Thần II, Dĩ An, Bình Dương - 1 position

Location 2: Kho Kerry - Sóng Thần 2, Dĩ An, Bình Dương - 1 position

Location 3: CFS warehouse SOLOG - 4 positions
5 Truong Van Hai, Long Binh Tan, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province, Vietnam

Working hour: Monday – Saturday, Willing to work overtime / shift and ad-hoc task in case of need to complete service.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree
• At least 2 years as warehouse supervisor in dynamic and high demanding environment.
• Having knowledge in Warehouse management, Warehouse system and office skill.
• Leadership, people management and high teamwork spirit.
• Good communication and problem solving skills (Customer complaint, people conflict, discipline and performance.
• Time and Job planning management.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
• Committed and willing to work overtime to meet customers’ demand.
