Sales - Senior Merchandiser - Customer Service Manager

- Mô tả công việc:
Major responsibilities:

1.      Developing business through client visits, exhibitions, trade shows… within Vietnam and oversea. Maintain and develop relationship with clients.

2.      Preparation and delivery offers & quotations to clients. Follow up these projects till closing deals

3.      Follow-up sampling:

Gathering information and co-ordinate with production team to ensure accurate and timely samples
Record all issues for later references.
4.      Managing orders:

-          Receiving Orders: Checking & negotiating terms.

-          Co-ordinate with clients and production team to ensure accurate and timely completion of orders.
-          Collect information of packaging and shipping.
-          Working with client’s inspector for shipment approval.
-          Be responsible for payment collection
-          Handle all client issues while orders are in process. Keep all relevant person informed of changes to orders in a timely manner.
-          Attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the job are appropriately documented, including changes and approvals.
5.      After-sales services
Co-ordinate with QA team to sort out all feedbacks, claims…after shipments

6.      Perform other inside sales activities assigned by Manager
Qualifications:

-         Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position. Preferably in Furniture Manufacturing

-         Foreign-Trade knowledge

-         Shipping knowledge

-         Fluency in English– oral and written

-         Good at computer skills, including e-mail, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc…

-         Experience with ISO is an asset.
