Lương: 20 triệu - 30 triệu
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor Degree with major in Accounting or related fields.
Have at least 5 years of experience working in C&B, more than 5,000 staff.
Presentation & Influential Skills: Persuasive verbal and presentation skills to all departments of the factory especially when communicating with workers
Technical Knowledge: Computer Literate, English Competency (or Korean Communication is a priority), Labor laws and regulations.
Interpersonal Skills: Able to understand and interact with different levels of people within the company that raise issues, concerns for discussion.
Ability to handle pressure and have the ability to cultivate a team of people to achieve company goals
