Title: PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Job description:
Develop and execute project management plan of new product launch and existing product renovation following company strategy to ensure new product launch plan meet successful metrics (financial, profile, time)
- Estimate costs, resources and time required to complete the project
- Develop, communicate and implement a new product project plan from start to finish
- Anticipate and manage associated project risk
- Monitor activities, progress and performance against the project plan
- Propose changes if necessary, take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- Liaise with other functional teams to establish project team to secure specialized resources and contributions to the project
- Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate effectively the project status within and beyond the project team
- Continuously improve project management process and tailor it to Amway Vietnam (AVN) situations
Qualifications/Experience:
- University graduates, major in Business Administration, Industrial Engineer
- 2 years’ experience in leading new product launches
- Excellent oral and written English and Vietnamese
- Good communication to the team members as well as high management about the status of projects, risks and any issues related to projects
- Having the analytical skills. Making report and presentation
- High team-work spirit and good at building partnership with others
- Good at MS Office and project management software
