Tuyển dụng Purchasing Staff
- Preparing purchase orders
- Checking order acknowledgements and delivery dates
- Responding to internal customer inquiries about order status, changes or cancellations
- Contacting to suppliers to ensure delivered materials meet operational requirements in an efficient and timely manner
- Arranging trucking / pick up cargo
- Following up shipping material
- Assisting with the production of procurement reports, KPI`s and statistics.
- Other related tasks will be discussed in the interview.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Graduating from College or University
- Having deep knowledge in shoes manufacturing, and understanding more about material
- At least 02 years of working experience in Purchasing area
- Good at English( both in writing and communication)
- Practical knowledge in Microsoft office, Internet, E-mail
- Ability to work independently, conscientiously and work under high pressure
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Good communication skills, enthusiasm for the work, a sense of responsibility, team work spirit
