VIỆC LÀM CỦA BẠN
Key accountabilities:

1. Import products:

  -   Make imported plan for new products thanks to sales forecast yearly
  -   Make import process in order to sypply products for sales on time
  -   Contact with Exporter about FDA issuses
  -   Co-operate with QC try to finish quality products register
  -   Contact with our forwarder about imported products issues: invoice, packing list, sales contract, custom clearance…
  -   Finish all issues after importing such as: documents, checking from government…
  -   Update and review imported tax and payment term for BOD when we get any new regulations

 2. Export products:

  -   Administrate all our products data (Products spec, Factory cost,...)

  -   Administrate all export data: how to loading?, dry or Reefer container, quantity….

  -   Set up suitable FOB price for internal Lotte group

  -   Set up accurate FOB price for external Lotte group thanks to factory cost ( + others cost: inland fee, freight, forwarder…)

  -   Receive PO and inform to (FM, related section)

  -   Co-operate with production, warehouse  about loading time

  -   Finish all issues after exporting such as: documents, communication, claims…

3. Tax refund:

  -   Follow up all customs declaration for both import & export to join in liquidation on time

  -   Check import and export quantity and amount carefully

  -   Co-operate with forwarder & accountant section to get tax refund each 6 months

  -   Deduct tax refund for import products ASAP

4. Report:

  -   Check and update all related import export Decrees and Circulars

  -   Update imported process and send to FM, ARHO weekly

  -   Repare import and export plan monthly (at the beginning of month) ð Chief and general accountant

  -   Report import situation monthly (at the end of month)

  -   Update imported products inventory (rent warehouse) to Factory manager and related section each monday.

  -   Follow to the order of Factory manager


KỸ NĂNG VIỆC LÀM
Skills:

 -  Good at computer, comunication, manageable skills

 -  Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage


THÔNG TIN BỔ SUNG
Education:

 -  University degree  

Major:

 -  Business administration, foreign trade (or similar major)

Experience:  

 -  2 years at the same position (or similar position)

Knowledge:

 - Knowledge of import and export

 - Knowledge about tax refund
