Mô tả công việc:

Responsible for the procurement and distribution of general materials and service requirements and execution of vendor-related activities.

Major Responsibilities:
1. Monitors usage and stock levels of all materials to validate requirements for procurement and creates requisition based on inventory level.
2. Facilitates sourcing of vendors based on requirement specifications and performs evaluation of new vendors based on set criteria and qualifications.
3. Evaluates existing vendors through gathering of qualitative data on vendor performance.
4. Establishes and maintains effective communication and negotiation with vendors.
5. Coordinates with vendors regarding preparation of contract, Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), final delivery schedules, and problems encountered during/after deliveries.
6. Prepares corresponding purchasing documents (e.g., quotations, order sheets, etc.) and ensures timely transmittal to Corporate Purchasing (RBC Philippines).
7. Ensures observance of agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) in the turnaround time of transmitting documents.
8. Facilitates bidding and material sample testing with concerned department as necessary.
9. Prepares and coordinates delivery schedules of processed procurements with the requesting departments/units and monitors delivery.
10. Records details of purchases and deliveries and updates material and vendor registry and database.
11. Establishes and maintains long-term professional business relationship with vendors and assists in resolving conflicts with vendors.
12. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

 With working background in Supply and Distribution Operation, Outsourcing of Materials, Office Management, and Software Application
 Proficient in Communication, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Business Knowledge, Managing Change, Industry Understanding, Managing Resources, Accountability, Flexibility, Initiative, Attention to detail, and Planning & Organizing.
