Chúng tôi là công ty TNHH UPL Việt Nam, được thành lập năm 2006 theo giấy chứng nhận đầu tư số 472043000749 được cấp bởi Ban quản lý các khu công nghiệp tỉnh Đồng Nai, là thành viên của tập đoàn UPL – Ấn Độ, chuyên sản xuất kinh doanh thuốc bảo vệ thực vật.

- Implement Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) at the company;
- Update regulations related to HSE issues follow law in regularly
- Person in charge to conduct initial and periodic HSE training to our employees for skill up.
- Supervise employees to ensure maintaining standard conditions of occupational safety, firefighting, environment and complying regulations related to HSE as required by the company
- Review protective equipment regulation to provide for employee as actual status and follow the law issue.
- Making proposal and request for purchasing PPE and equipment for the whole company.
- Allocate and monitor the status of labor protection in accordance with the company’s process
- Participate regular or irregular meetings related to HSE issues
- Welcome & work with functional authorities on the issue of HSE inspections (if any)
- Prepare monthly reports and make presentation on accidents and incident, preventative and corrective reactions to accidents, labor safety and propose improvements
- Another task is assigned by Factory Manager

KỸ NĂNG & KINH NGHIỆM
- Male
- Graduate from Universities (priority for major in Industrial management; or Labor Safety or related major)
- 3 year of experience in Environment-Health-Safety Management in Manufacturing Factory
- English must be required
- Have good understanding and implementation of Labor Code, Firefighting and Protection Law, Environment Law…;
- Have collaboration spirit, strong problem solving and communication skills, excellent organization and analytical skills.
- The ability to communicate as effectively with all levels.
- Work with result orientation, high multi task ability and high team spirit;
- Have abilities to work independently
