Report to: Legal & Corporate Affairs Manager
Working place: 201 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street, Ward 7, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (with 1hour for lunch)
🌈Job description:
- Research and update regularly the latest legal information
- Responsible for carrying out procedures related to dossiers and procedures such as training and event registrations, promotion program registrations, advertisement licenses
- Oversee the review of marketing and/or promotional materials produced by various local departments and corporate divisions. This will require knowledge of all applicable laws, product, regulations, industry standards, etc.
- Conduct administration of legal databases, reports and legal fillings
- Other tasks assigned by Legal & Corp Affairs Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law or Business Administration, or other related areas
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good at English for writing and translating
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent computer and administration skills
- Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
- Good sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Candidate with experience working in legal related positions is preferable.

- Salary: VND5,000,000 – VND9,000,000 (can negotiate during the interview)

- Working period: 3months. After that, she/he can be shift to PERMANENT STAFF).
The following PERMANENT STAFF benefit are:
